2. ADVANCE PAYMENTS / RETAINERS
All payments made towards:Monthly retainersSetup feesCreative developmentAd campaignsSEO, GMB, SMM, or Website services…are non-refundable.These fees cover the time, manpower, tools, and resources allocated by Addwins from the moment the project begins.
3. SUBSCRIPTION-BASED SERVICES
If you have subscribed to any monthly or yearly plan:You may cancel future billing anytimeNo refunds will be provided for the current billing cycleNo partial refunds for unused days/weeks
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the client, including:Failure to provide required content, access, or approvalsDelay in sharing business information or creativesNot providing admin access to ad accounts, pages, websites, or toolsLack of communication affecting performance or deadlinesAddwins is not responsible for results affected due to incomplete access or missing inputs.
5. PERFORMANCE RESULTS
Refunds will not be given based on:Low engagementLow leadsLow conversionsPersonal expectationsMarket competitionSeasonal fluctuationsPlatform algorithm changes (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)Marketing results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
6. DUPLICATE PAYMENT
In case of accidental duplicate payment:Refund will be issued after verificationAmount will be refunded within 7–14 working daysProcessing fees charged by payment gateways (if any) may be deducted
7. NON-DELIVERY OF SERVICE
Refunds may be provided only if:The service was never started by AddwinsNo work has been performedNo resources have been allocatedNo deliverables have been sharedIn such rare cases, Addwins may issue a partial or full refund at the company’s discretion.
